Here are just three very diverse global projects we have undertaken. Hopefully, they will highlight our vast skills and knowledge base. All three focus on developing the talent pool to improve business performance.
John Lewis
The Brief.
To highlight the need for clear and precise communication at senior level.
Solution.
One element was to take the director’s carriage driving. The aim was to show that the communication channel between the driver and horse were two long pieces of leather called reigns. The slightest movement from the drivers hand dramatically affected the horse’s interpretation of the communication. This analogy is a powerful reminder of effective communication’s profound impact on understanding communication and its effect on performance.
Autoglass USA
The Brief.
To build strategic teams geographically apart and in different time zones.
Solution.
Create a bespoke, competitive web game in which teams compete against other teams within the company. The competitive element was highlighted so that even when time zones hindered communication, the teams would continue the game and leave a full brief of what was required for the next members of the team to work on. The inspirational competitive element drove the education/knowledge element to new levels of understanding.
Entrepreneur Start Up
The Brief.
A start-up business in the field of corporate video. A young man with an idea, plenty of enthusiasm, and cinematography knowledge but no business experience.
Solution.
To become his mentor and friend. It was important to highlight that any business, no matter how small, needs a foundation from which to build, including writing a business plan, identifying potential markets, and creating a showreel in this business sector
To develop his interpersonal skills and ability to ask and answer questions professionally and with a degree of professional integrity.
Business success is the sum of effort made by so many.
